The house is all you see in the pictures and more. Very clean, organized and beautifully decorated. We all had a great time.The downstairs is perfect to have all kids, while the adults can have their own space in the main floor.We will be back

Lovely Weekend in Tannersville
The home was so comfortable and beautiful! The kitchen contained everything needed to cook nice meals while we were there. The living and dining space were large enough to accommodate our large party. Their were plenty of bedrooms with luxurious beds and linens. The property is lovely and we did lots of walking through the pretty neighborhood. We loved our stay! Lyudmyla was always responsive and communicated often to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

Amazing! The house was awesome! It was conveniently located next to Hunter Mountain and a short drive to Windham. It had all the amenities a big family needed, from shampoo and conditioner to cleaning products to games for the kids and adults to keep busy on a cold winter day! I would highly recommend! The host always kept in touch and always made sure we were comfortable.

This is our third time at this property. What can we say, we love it! The host makes sure we have everything we need. The house is well furnished and spotless. Convenient to Hunter Mountain and all local hikes.

Beautiful home, excellent host!
Lyudmyla is a wonderful host! She was so easy to communicate with, detailed, super responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The home itself is beautiful, well maintained, clean and well stocked for a group that likes to hang home, cook, play games and relax by a fire! We comfortably fit 14 people (6 adults and 8 kids). The bunk rooms are perfect for the kids. The home is priced higher than some, but Lyudmyla provided extra amenities for us throughout the stay at no additional cost that definitely made it worth it. We look forward to returning to this home again for our next ski trip to Hunter.

Unparalleled Stay!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house and the owner. The house was absolute perfection for our group of 6 adults and 7 kids. The most comfortable beds and great layout so the adults could hang on one floor and the kids another. We can't wait to return!

This was our second visit to this property for a ski weekend with 6 adults and 6 children. Plenty of space for all to relax. Kids loved the basement beanbags and the adults enjoyed upstairs. Host is attentive and welcoming.

Great place for a warm Thankgiving Stay
I want to express my sincere thanks to Lyudmyla and her hustband to let us rent their lovely house for this Thanksgiving holiday. It was a perfect place with a great ton of nice features: a nice fire place with a big chess board by the side; a stargazing room; a fully functional kitchen with all the tools you would need to cook a great thanksgiving meal; 6 bedrooms with 15 beds to host the whole group. And more importantly, lyudmyla is the nicest house keeper that I have met over all the past traveling experience who gave me a phone call to tell me all the fun things to try not only in her house but also around the areas. She was so kind to also let us to do early check-in at 9:00 AM on that day for us to fully enjoy the thanksgiving holiday. I really love this renting experimence and would recommend their place to everyone who are planning a trip for a big group for a short escape in a mountain around NY area.

Beautiful Stay in the Catskills
Loved, loved, loved this home. I rented this property for my sister’s bachelorette party and the group really enjoyed our stay. Very well designed and had all the amenities one would need in a rental home. It was also a joy to rent with Lyudmyla. As a host she is kind, responsive and provided a fantastic list of things to do and places to eat and drink in the area. Would love to stay here again and explore the Catskills more!

Especial Long Weekend
It was a very special weekend with my family and friends. The house as already mentioned in practically all reports will not disappoint anyone. Two-story house with everything you need and a decoration full of details, games on two floors to spend quality time. I want to mentioning Lyudmyla. I think it would be an honor to meet her in person, my wife and children were delighted with the education, respect and concern so that we could have a pleasant weekend. We will certainly return. 5-Star Luxury With The Comfort of Home
What can we say that hasn't already been said? This place is absolutely amazing! We had a short trip, but every single second was in the lap of luxury. From the roaring fireplaces to the comfort of the furniture to having everything at our fingertips to the sinfully luxurious beds to the ultimate shower experience, you cannot go wrong with this place. We started planning our return trip 30 min after walking through the house. Coming from Manhattan, this home is the retreat any city dweller needs. And as far as hosts go, you cannot get any better than the caring and attentive personality of Lyudmyla. She not only was gracious, she was so helpful with things to do in the hamlet, places to visit and took time out of her holiday weekend to make sure we were enjoying our stay and were comfortable. I've stayed at 4/5 start hotels in my travels, but this is the first place I decided would be a recurring retreat from the city. Looking forward to our return!

Our family of 7 enjoyed a weekend at this beautiful sparkling clean home. The space is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed a ski weekend at Windham and loved watching movies on the giant TV at night and making a fire. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with.

3 families with children ages 4-9 enjoyed a three day weekend at this home. The location is perfect for skiing at Hunter Mountain and close to town. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. Multiple bunk bed rooms and two lounging areas, perfect for adults and kids to have their own space. The hostess provided coffee/tea/extra towels. Highly recommend the property.

Gorgeously decorated and clean. Superb, generous hostess
This home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Feels like a multi-bedroom resort suite because it's uncluttered with personal and old items you find in some rental homes. Everything feels new and clean. The hostess, Lyudmyla, is honest, generous, and sincerely caring. She went out of her way to accommodate us in every way and even purchased humidifiers to enhance the comfort for our children. Highly recommended!

Awesome Tannersville rental
The house is beautiful. The nicest house we have rented yet. The owner was super engaged during the entire period from booking through post rental period. The house was really well stocked both game-wise as well as non-perishables, coffee, towels, shampoos, body washes etc. This owner is a real professional and a pleasure to work with. Super modern kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, electronics etc. All around excellent experience.

Amazing skiing weekend
We just came back from a wonderful weekend at the house. Lyudmyla was absolutely amazing - sweet, always available to answer all the questions. We were a group of five adults and three kids ages 5,7 and 12. The layout of this modern spacious house is perfect for kids, tons of games, family room downstairs has a large TV. Kitchen is well equipped for a very comfortable stay. We loved it so much that upon arrival home immediately booked it for the next weekend!

Best Accommodations that exist near Hunter Mountain
This property is fantastic for kids and the host was so welcoming, she even ordered a toy specifically for our kids that she knew they would like! The house was well equipped and very homey, we cooked up a storm and the open floorplan made it easy to watch the kids while cooking. Bathrooms and rooms were incredibly clean and we very much appreciated the unlimited firewood that we used to keep the home warm and cozy our entire trip!

Unforgettable getaway in the woods
My girldfriend and I have stayed in multiple vacation homes before and we say with certainty that this home TOPs them. It is unique, beautiful, and is truly custom designed with high attention to detail. It offers every amenity you can think of to be under one roof. There is a dream, fully-equipped kitchen with two ovens to accommodate cooking for large groups, top notch combination coffee with espresso and cappuccino maker, variety of other appliances, and wide choice of upscale glassware, utensils, and dinnerware. We miss both living rooms - comfy velvet and leather furniture, faux fur bean bags, and abundance of table games and legos. There was a huge TV screen downstairs with the nice fireplace - the best movie night. Each living room was equipped with Alexa system as well. My favorite place was the unusual sunroom with curved glass roof and comfy faux fur chairs. We absolutely loved using the telescope, which was thoughtfully placed there, to gaze at the stars at night. This home is not only beautiful but also exceptionally clean, which is very important during current times. The owner went over the enhanced cleaning protocol. It was definitely obvious how much care is going into cleaning because it was spotless. Having all sparkling white bedding and towels was comforting and pleasant. The days spent at Lyudmyla's home was an unforgettable getaway. Lyudmyla provided us with numerious local activities and tips which made our Catskills stay even better. Will definitely stay again.

Luxury home experience - every penny is worth it
The moment we walked in and during the entire stay, it was apparent that owners did not spare any cost to make this home a true luxury experience with so many things to admire. The interior is beyond stunning. The house carries the black and white, beautiful design throughout with punches of nice wood tones. Every appliance, items, and even towels were carefully selected. We could certainly tell that there was thought and attention paid to every corner of the house. It was just an amazing 5 star experience, like staying at a house featured in design magazine. Every bedroom is thoughtfully decorated with most comfortable sheets and beds, variety of pillows, and softest faux fur blankets. There are also desks and lamps with USB ports which made us easy to work and adjust during remote working times. Every bathroom is equipped with rain forest and flexible shower and paraben & gluten free choices of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a regular and magnifying mirror set and even an additional integrated child seat. The house is located on a quiet street between the dense forest which made it a perfect place to do the scenic strolls each day. The outdoor areas are also equipped with oversized grill, upscale lounge furniture, and large area with firepit and wood stumps to sit on. Lyudmyla was a great, communicative host. I would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a quality time and unique experience.

Fantastic Experience - 5 star!
We had a fantastic experience in Lyudmyla's property in Tannersville. It is a very unique home and was perfect for our stay. We used the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, grille, glass sunroom and very comfortable living area. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy, stocked with everything you would need during your stay. There are even slippers for everyone on arrival. A very thoughtful and communicative host which led to a great experience. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay in the Catskills
The home in Tannersville that we stayed in was beautiful, clean, and modern. It had individual bunk beds which made it ideal for a large group of people. All of the appliances were up to date and clean. The house was spotless and the bed were extremely comfortable. The owner was very helpful in making suggestions for what to do when you visit Tannersville. I definitely recommend this property.
