'The place was nice but getting in and out was not. Also for a family of 10 you would think there would be 2 parking spots but there was only one. No restaurant on site was also a low. No fresh towels daily or someone to freshen up the place. I would not stay here again. '

'We had a 60th Birthday Celebration with a total of 6 people. Plenty of room for everyone! The grounds and housekeepers were very efficient each day, even raking the beach area each morning. Juan and Daniel carefully prepared each meal with a wide variety of dishes and nearly every meal had a fresh juice. We had total trust in them to handle the shopping for us which was so nice. They made our birthday celebration special with a traditional Mexican cake. I would suggest you take some...

'Our family of 15–ages 14 to 80–had a fabulous time at the Villa Turquesa. The home was perfect for a big family. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is delightful and kept the place sparkling clean and in perfect working order. There is snorkel equipment and plenty of kayaks to make exploring the reef a pleasure. Our kids and grands said out of 27 years of family trips, this one rates up in the top 3! '

'The place was nice and clean. Very easy to communicate and having fast responses, the staff was really nice and helpful!! '

'The outside of the property was beautifully built. However, as soon as we walked in the house was musty and smelled like mildew. This could be remedied by turning on the A/C and would have been fine, but we also had issues with the upstairs A/C. The A/C in the master bedroom kept turning off and would not remain on. We even had condensation from the A/C dripping down the walls and making puddles on the ground. There are three showers and you aren't able to shower more than 1 person at a time...

'Beautiful villa!! The host met us upon arrival, they responded promptly to requests, and even set up transportation for us. The villa was clean and basic necessities like towels, cooking necessities, paper towels, water, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner were all provided. We would definitely return. Location was also close to shops and restaurants. Rooftop was beautiful and pool was clean. '

'We had a wonderful family getaway at Casa Gray with our group of eight. The house exceeded our expectations and looked even better than the pictures. The location was ideal, situated on a quieter part of the beach with calmer waves. Both the main house and the neighboring casita offered plenty of space, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The pool provided a fantastic escape from the warm weather. The main house kitchen was well-equipped with all the tools needed to prepare large family...

'Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. Would definitely recommend and reconsider coming back '

'I booked this place for my bachelorette trip for our group of 14 and it was absolutely amazing!!! The listing doesn’t mention this but there’s someone guarding the community (at least during the day) which was a nice surprise! We had asked Mari if there were any disposable cups and she said no but went out and got them for us, she also did a few pieces of laundry for us for a small fee. It was great to have her and Jose near the property. She doesn’t speak English but we had a Spanish speaker...
