'This is a challenging review! The place is dislocate and neglected. It is past its prime in all ways. And yet, the staff were so accommodating, sincere and motivated to make sure to do everything to make us comfortable. The Wifi was lousy, the hallways were dark, the lobby looks like something from a bygone era and yet we were comfortable and well taken care of. 'This place is NOT great! There is no service or support. The reception clerk was awful! We got to wait until she finished her conversation with her friend. The place was deserted! NO STAFF! We requested dinner and felt so uncomfortable that we ate it in our room. When we woke in the morning, no breakfast was provided... was supposed to be included in the monster price paid for the room. NO ONE WAS AWAKE WHEN WE LEFT. We didn’t leave until 7:30 AM. It was one of the weirdest experiences...

'Quiet time of the year to visit, not many other guests at the hotel, however i was made very welcome and the staff catered for my needs. Offered tea as a welcome tote, which was a nice touch. '
