Simple clean home surrounded by nature and beauty.

At the bay:
Private southern facing sandy beach on West Grand traverse Bay with views of Power Island and distant views of Traverse City lights. Watch the sunrise over Old Mission Peninsula from the waters edge. Charcoal and lighter fluid are ready at the deck to BBQ on the grill. Firewood is stacked at the beach to enjoy a camp fire in the evening.
During the peak summer season, paddle along Cherry Cove on one of the kayaks or stand up paddle boards. Sit out on the beach deck or at the end of the dock or around the fire pit at night.

Main house:
Large family room centers around the natural gas fireplace with a smart TV and internet service (no cable). Linens are provided with washer and dryer. Main bedroom has a King bed and private sun room over looking a crystal clear stream. 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The kitchen / dinning area is equipped with all essentials.
(built 1967 remodeled in the 80's)

Auxiliary apartment:
Located above the garage and separated by private entrance, OCCUPIED BY OWNER. It is our priority that the guests of the main house are given every respect of privacy and care.

Location:
Quiet peaceful cottage community. The road is nice for a walk or bike ride. The beach is across Lee Point Road . The property is 15 min to Traverse City and 5 min to Suttons Bay.

Me and the husband weekend getaway for my 50th birthday. Easy checkin, friendly host, exceptionally clean. We had a great, relaxing time. Good location for many local attractions. Relax and enjoy the beautiful beach, outdoor seating, and firepit. On chilly night, warm up by the beautiful stone fireplace in the large living room or the private hot tub outside. House was spacious and clean, great for families. The beach and access to the water was great - had a campfire multiple nights under star filled skies and the Milky Way. Suttons Bay has lots of restaurant options and the house is a short drive from lots of attractions and wineries.

Another great trip
This was our second time staying and we love it there! All the amenities (fire pit, covered area on the beach with a table and chairs, the dock, hot tub, indoor fireplace) make this an awesome stay even if the weather doesn’t cooperate. The house is kept so clean, it has everything you need, and the labels the owners have strategically placed help make sure you don’t have any questions and know how to use various things in the house. We’ll be back!
