'Had a wonderful stay with a friend while we were in Phillip Island for a work trip! Howard was so lovely and very helpful both before and during our stay. The place is incredibly cosy with gorgeous decor and top of the line modern appliances throughout. As advertised, the architecture of the cottage is incredible; while there isn't much square footage, the space is cleverly-designed with beautiful quality materials and nothing feels cramped or short-changed. 'We had a lovely time at elsewhere. The cottage was exceptionally cared for and clean. Only issue would be the proximity to the owners house (this is noted in the advertisement). We felt it wasn’t as private as we would have liked. Other than that the house is lovely surrounded by lovely wineries etc.'

'The original art decorating the rooms, the well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom, the comfortable bedroom furniture and the lovely lounge fittings all combined to make it the perfect holiday spot for us. Wonthaggi had all the things needed for a holiday in January but we didn't see any crowds. They were probably at the popular holiday spots along the Bass Coast.'

'This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a fantastic location, only a short drive into Red Hill centre with lots of fabulous restaurants near by. The accommodation itself was super comfortable, with great heating which matters in winter. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook your own meals and have a washing machine and dryers was also great. I would recommend it.'

'Nice little place, perfect for a couple. The interior is very well thought out, feels homely and cosy. Location was nice and secluded, away from big roads. Only downside is that the bed and the pillows weren't the most comfortable but doable for a couple of nights.'

'Really wrapped with our stay! The house was awesome.. kids were in the pool for most of the day, then at night enjoyed the theatre room at night. Cooked a BBQ on one of the nights and loved sitting around the beautiful wooden table with bench seats and a couple of chairs enough to accommodate our family. It was a beautiful spot where we walked to the beach and up to the Forrest caves on low tide and checked out the rock pools. As far as I know we all had pretty good beds too. The only problem...
