'Room was amazing and comfortable with fantastic views of the village, breakfast was a welcome treat. Was disappointed to find dirty cutlery in the dishwasher in the room on arrival. Very characterful and charming, overall a perfect getaway. '

'It was a lovley old building and the floors & ceiling reflected the age of the place. The room was huge it had an open fire but we didnt use it had a stand alone bath but we never used. The shower was an electric standard model a bit of a dissappointment but it done the job. Overall a nice place. '

'We'd opted for a superior room as it was our anniversary. Had a lovely view of the market square. Good sized room and lovely toiletries and tea & coffee facilities (could have done with more herbal tea options, but we'd brought our own just in case.) Nice touch to be able to get fresh milk for drinks, rather than the milk sachets.. Staff friendly and helpful eg looked up the local cinema times for us. Thanks'

'This is a wonderful traditional inn located within a nice, quiet, walkable village. Wi-Fi and cable television are unreliable, but that's what you get when you are out in the countryside. The dinner we had, along with the breakfast, was wonderful, and we loved taking a stroll near the river and the waterfalls. '

Spa Garden was exceptional 👌 staff friendly and service was excellent. Golf restaurant on night was unreal. Staff friendly and greet my wife with knowledgeable of Birthday and gift at end of meal, food and drink faultless. Been before and will visit again. You pay for what you would expect and its worth...
