'Internet does not work well. There is a lot of maintenance issues. Remember that you are on island time as the wait staff in the dining area are very slow, hardley speak English and one of them is almost rude. Chairs should be sectioned off for guests when the cruise ships come there for excursions. However, we will always come back here. 'We’ve stayed here as a family around 10 times. Nothing but construction taking place the entire time at sail the pool side restaurant. No real waitstaff to support purchasing meals and drinks during the day, took way too long for staff. Massive fail charging us what they charged us when the amenities where less than ideal . Will not stay and pay here again.'

'It's such a comfortable hotel, all amenities are there in the room. The kitchen even has a blender. The views are spectacular, the bed very comfortable and the location fantastic. I loved Coki beach and taking day trips to St. John and jost van dyke. Definitely recommend this place.'
