'We love the customer service at this resort.Melissa and Santana were great people and made our experience amazing. It was our first time at the resort and in Virgin Islands. 'My wife and I stayed beachside at Sapphire beach for a weekend. The suites are nice with amenities for cooking if you want. The beach is A , good for wading, swimming and definitely snorkeling. The onsite amenities include a pizza shop, a cabana bar and an upscale restaurant. I will definitely plan to return, had an awesome time. Side note- the office was difficult to find but just ask any of the employees, they were all very nice and helpful'
