'This is a quintessential St John home with lovely stonework, beautiful teak trim and screen doors for the cross breeze and a great pool area. It would be perfect for a small family - there are two bedrooms, the primary en-suite and a second with separate bathroom (and an outdoor shower, which is fabulous). 'Nice, updated, clean house with great views on a more secluded and quiet part of the island. Sitting on the covered outdoor patio with its views and natural breeze was delightful, so much so that we ate every meal out there. The pool was also a great place to relax (views again), especially after a beach/boating day. An updated kitchen was very helpful as well. Everything worked in the house. 'We were blown away by the view from the house the minute we walked in! The rental company was very accommodating and we were able to check in early. The house was clean and we loved the different spaces for our group. We had 3 families and everyone was able to have their own space. Pool was great! Close to beaches and downtown. Some of our group had seen the listing with a hot tub which was no longer there. Otherwise, everything was as we expected. '

'Lera, the owener, is thoughtful, kind and generaous. She gave us detailed direction and instructions on use of applicance ahead of time. As soon as we entered the villa, a welcome gift box was waiting for us (rum, bottled water, coffe, tea, and snacks). Beach chairs and cooler are available too. Edward, the property manager, is also helpful. He responded to our questions and request quickly. We encountered power outage due to thunderstorm a couple of times during our stay.
