'Als je de Gornergratbahn wil nemen is dit een prima locatie. Zermatt en Tasch liggen behoorlijk afgelegen en daar rij je niet zomaar even naar toe voor een ritje met de bekende tandradbaan.'

Goede bedden en de kamers zijn pas helemaal vernieuwd. Zeer praktische ligging recht tegenover het treinstation en het busstation, van waar je met het uitstekende openbaar vervoer alle kanten op kunt. Horeca en winkels direct in de buurt. 'Amazing hotel for skiing in Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the Gornergrat train. The best part of the hotel is the spa area with sauna, steamroom, onsen, pools etc. Just perfect for relaxing after skiing!'

'We only booked this hotel for one night with the view of catching the glacier express in the morning but stayed for 3 nights as the town experienced bad weather with no power. The hotel went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome on the subsequent night.
