Each of the 3 stunning bedrooms are illuminated with Edison lighting over exposed brick walls and feature the artwork of the Dutch post-impressionist Vincent Van Gogh. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable high-end queen bed with high-quality, 100% cotton sheets.

Bedroom One has an en suite, renovated bathroom with stainless fixtures. It's equipped with ample closet space, an organizer for folded clothing and other items, and a full-length mirror. The painting is Van Gogh's "The Bedroom".

Bedroom Two features Baronet dresser and end tables. It's equipped with a spacious walk-in closet with in-closet lighting, a full-length mirror, and gorgeous bay windows. The painting is Van Gogh's "The Yellow House".

Bedroom Three features an en suite workspace that overlooks tree-lined McPherson Avenue. It's equipped with ample closet space, shelving for folded clothing and other items, a full-length mirror, and gorgeous bay windows. The painting is Van Gogh's Olive Trees.

The full kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, granite countertops, a gorgeous mid-century dining table with 4 chairs, and Edison lighting over exposed brick walls. The kitchen comes chef-ready, with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil provided free of charge. We also provide our guests with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee, and purified Brita water.

The sun-filled living room features bay windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard. The design is elegant and minimalist, with a cozy sofa flanked by two stylish armchairs. Should you require an additional bed, the sofa swiftly and easily converts to a queen bed, and we provide the linens. The living room is also equipped with a 50" flat screen, 4K Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

The two newly remodeled bathrooms feature tiled walls with premium stainless fixtures and granite countertops. The bathroom is stocked with complimentary, high-quality, all-natural artisan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from Beekman 1802. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels for your stay.

Unlike most other hosts, corporate housing is our specialty. We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking.

☆Parking☆

The Central West End is a very popular neighborhood, and while free street parking is somewhat limited, there are usually sufficient spots available on McPherson Ave (right in front of the building) for our guests.

☆Pets☆

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! We offer guests the option to bring their pups along as an optional add-on service. Our pet fee is $15/night for the first dog and $5/night per dog after the first ($30 minimum). We allow up to 3 dogs with a weight limit of 60 lbs per pup. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and we offer discounts for guests staying longer than a week!

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We reserve the right to place an authorization hold for incidentals and fees, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Stayed for a week to visit family, the amenities were perfect. Location is near plenty of coffe shops, restaurants and food stores. Easy access to main highways and almost 10-15 minutes from everything. Beds were soft, internet worked great and kitchen supplies came in very handy.

Weekend stay
We were able to check-in on time with no issues. Very spacious and clean home. The host replied fast at any messages I sent, so very good communication. The location was perfect as there were many shops and restaurants in the area walking distance. The only thing that made it a little tricky was the parking on the street, but we were able to get lucky for the most part in spots very close to the apartment.

Cockroaches and water stains
We were happy with the location but the state of the unit was pretty horrible. While it was clearly cleaned regularly, this unit had water and mold stains on the ceilings. We also found multiple cockroaches in the kitchen. The blinds on the windows were all torn up and missing bits. We also were disappointed that the earliest check-in was 4pm - if you want to be charged an exorbitant fee, you can check-in earlier. My wife and I asked to check out 2 hours past the check-out time since our plane was delayed and the weather outside was unusually cold and we’re charged for another night. I would not recommend this unit to others.

Great Location/Space for All
We were in St. Louis to visit family and could not have asked for a better location. It was walking distance to restaurants and shops and we felt very safe. The apartment itself was very spacious and accommodated our needs well. Only downside was parking; we were always able to find parking on the street but when the neighborhood was busy it was a hunt. Would definitely stay here again when in town.

Stayed here to visit with family for Christmas. Location was absolutely great, easy to get to I-64 and from there to Metro East, airport, etc. Central West End location is awesome, great book store and Up/Down arcade bar at end of block, nice grocery store in easy walking distance. Apartment is spacious with solid kitchen, easy check-in. Highly recommend, though be aware is on the 3rd floor and have to walk up stairs.

Weekend Getaway to see Billy Joel
Overall, the place was exactly as listed on the site. My adult son and I were attending a Billy Joel concert and needed a place to stay that would provide us a close walk to restaurants and shopping. This place did just that! It was a cute apartment that provided us with an overabundance of space (three bedrooms and we only needed two). All bedrooms were large, as was the living space. We were a quick walk to quaint restaurants and shopping. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and was quick to reply to my questions. I would recommend this place to others.

A Perfect Base for Our Visit
I came to StL for a class reunion and to visit family. My daughter and her 2-year old son were with me. The Central West End location was perfect for us, as I have family in the CWE, not to mention the proximity to Forest Park, countless bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. The unit was clean and spacious (all three bedrooms are huge!) and provided all the basic amenities. As the description states, it is minimalist, but we found it to have everything we needed. We always managed to find street parking nearby, though at times it was tricky and required circling the block (especially weekend nights). We knew this could be an issue, so were not bothered by it. For those concerned about the safety of the neighborhood, all I can say is - as in any big city - be sensible and be aware of your surroundings. We had no issues. The building itself is very secure and quiet. Trudging up three flights of stairs with luggage was no fun, but it was worth it. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider staying here again on a return visit.

Excellent apartment in the Central West End
We had an excellent experience at this apartment in the Central West End. It is clean and spacious with three bedrooms, 2 full baths and a well equipped kitchen. The building was quiet and the neighborhood felt safe walking around at night. We thought parking in the street might be challenging, but we found a spot within a block of the apartment every night. It is in a great location making it quick and easy to get to the Zoo, Forest Park, the Science Museum, the Planetarium and Washington University. We have would definitely recommend it.

Great location!
My family, which included myself, my husband, and 16 and 10-year-old children, had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was wonderful and safe. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The unit is on the top floor and was extremely quiet. The beds were great! Everyone had their own room. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch which was super convenient. There is a grocery store a half mile away. Parking is on the street. The later you came back the harder to find a spot but we were always able to find one. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous Location
This property was perfect for our quick girls' weekend. So close to Forest Park and also the shops and restaurants of the CWE. We had a little difficulty entering the property but the management was so quick to respond it was a non-issue. The unit is on the third floor which was a little surprising but also not an issue. We will definitely book this again for our next St. Louis adventure!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was amazing-close to many wonderful restaurants, shopping and music venues. Also a walkable distance to the metro link. The condo was very roomy and beautifully decorated. Another convenience was having a washer/dryer. Three flights of stairs to reach the unit was the only negative. Overall, a very positive experience and highly recommend staying here.

Lots of potential
We chose this property because of its location and three bedrooms. The apartment is very large for this type of building - lots of room to spread out. The beds are very comfortable and the brick and wood exposed on the walls was gorgeous. We were disappointed in the general electrical system- lack of outlets, ceiling fan light doesn’t work in the living room, etc. The water for showers never got above lukewarm, and the master bath wasn’t restocked with towels (they were still in the dryer). There were also dirty cleaning rags in the washer that smelled terrible. The apartment is also located on the 3rd floor- which was a bit difficult for the person in our party with a knee injury.
