'2 bed house in quiet street. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. House was clean and basically furnished. Everything worked as it should. Nice bathroom with shower. Driveway if required. Close to town centre (£5 in taxi). Can’t comment as to local amenities or public transport as we never used them. Contact with owner was easy and we had no issues. '

Plenty of extras ie welcome basket Supplies for using dishwasher and washing machine. Confortable beds and sitting room area. Owners easy to contact. Would highly reccomend. '

'Fantastic location. Walking distance to Etihad stadium and co op live. Easy bus and tram links into the city center. Free secure parking onsite House was clean and well equipped with plenty of soaps and towels etc provided. The only negative was the mattresses weren't very comfortable, other than this we had a great stay'

'My favorite thing about this property is the lake. It was absolutely beautiful. It was easy to get and is is a beautiful new estate. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, my children and I loved it. '

The top bedroom more suited to kids re access being a little difficult. Great to have some outside space. Felt very secure, Would visit again.'

Check-in and engagement was good but we did have to wait a while for a response to a (minor) pre-arrival query. The property was generally clean and very tidy.
