'Good location, grounds and facilities. But for the price and a 5* hotel they were a few niggles such as the bathroom needed some bleach around the shower and sink plug hole ect. For the luxury they're advetising deep cleaning should be an obvious but didnt looked like it had been done. And masses of cobwebs around the doors to get into rooms. '

'Lovely room, quiet, clean. We were a bit worried when we saw the hotel was on such a busy street, but once we were in our room, we heard absolutely nothing from all the noise outside. Also, a special shout out to receptionist Cassie, she is an absolute gem. She made us feel extremely welcome and our daughter was totally smitten by her. All of the staff made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!'

'The hotel was in a great location, close enough for shopping, dining and nightlife. Although the room was clean, as in bedding and bathroom, the room itself was very tired and in need of updating. It served its purpose of a last minute overnight stay, but probably wouldn’t stay again at that price while its in its current state. Staff were polite and friendly.'

'One night stay, staff friendly and efficient booked in, in no time. Room in a quiet area of the hotel, although small perfectly adequate for my needs. Comfortable bed with plrenty of pillows. Surprised to find out the pool, jacuzzi, sauna remains open until 22:00, so had the place to myself for about an hour. 'I have stayed in two of the apartments (3 and 5) - both have an equipped kitchen/living area, two bedrooms with bathrooms, and a washing machine. Apartment 3 is on the ground floor. Apartment 5 is on the first floor (up stairs) has an additional powder room. The apartments are located in an annex within easy walking distance of the hotel and all the sites in the city centre, about 100 yard, close to the city wall and River Dee. Parking is a bit crowded - barely enough space if all the apartments...
