'Modern clean comfortable and somewhere to look forward to returning at the end of the day. Optional breakfast with broad choices and good quality. Staffing very helpful and check in simple.Fabulous views. An A4 small detail map provided but greater greater detail would be helpful. (Full maps are difficult to find). Downside limited parking for those with cars. Generally a most enjoyable stay (I wish it were longer). '

'I don't usually leave reviews but we were pretty blown away. The place was super nice, clean and spacious with AC and access to laundry through the property manager. The property manager couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. We were waiting for some sort of catch given how big and nice the apartment looked online but from our experience everything was completely legit. Highly recommend! '

'This hotel was amazing! The room was very clean and the service was good, everyone so nice and helpful. We enjoyed a lot our stay. The breakfast was very good and the service was amazing. The hotel is located in the city center of Perugia so it was easy to get to the places in the city. The location was perfect. We liked a lot our room and slept very well in this hotel. '

'Beautiful country house with stunning views and beautiful gardens . My room had a spa tub that was perfect after a long day of exploring nearby Assisi and Perugia. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and cappuccinos. Grounds offer many spots to sit, relax and take in the views. Although the house is located on a main road ( traffic noise during the day) it was very quiet at night. '

'An exceptional weeks stay in every way! Amazing balcony view, in central yet such a serene setting. Spacious and stylish. Michele is a kind, friendly and most helpful host making it a comfortable stay. Many places nearby for breakfast and stroll to either Cathedral or main piazza. A delightful place i would come again. 'Groot verblijf in het centrum van Perugia. Goede communicatie en ontvangst, Claudia is erg behulpzaam. Het is een oud gebouw, dus het is niet te vergelijken met moderne verblijven. Geluid buiten hoor je goed, binnen ook voornamelijk van de oude deuren. Badkamer echt aan vervanging toe. Bedden daarentegen sliepen erg fijn. 'La struttura è molto accogliente, si trova a pochi passi dalla cattedrale di S Maria degli Angeli, a pochi passi da ristoranti e centro cittadino. È semplice raggiungere la chiesa di San Francesco. La camera era molto pulita, calda e tranquilla. La consiglio vivamente.'

'We rented the full house for a week in July. We were 5 families, in total 10 adults and 10 kids. The house is big and fit all of us, and the pool was great! The kitchen is perfect for a big group and we made dinners together every evening! The kids loved the trampoline, swings, etc. We were there in July and it was a bit too hot without AC, but Nadia was helpful with fans. All in all we enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back.
