'Everything was wonderful with the exception that I was charged an incidental fee upon check-in. I understand the practice, but I was a prepaid customer and it wasn't necessary. I am not wealthy and it caused a little stress at the time. If it was stated upfront on the numerous booking details sent to me during and after the reservation process, I could have acted accordingly. The hotel itself is very clean and wonderful to stay in. '
