'We enjoyed our stay in Gulia’s beautiful home. The rustic features are gorgeous. There is an outdoor dining table with outdoor fireplace which is beautiful. The kitchen appeared well stocked and Gulia left some snacks, water, and champagne for us which was much appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and away from the busy tourist area but walkable (15-20 mins) if you want to be in the middle of the action. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our 2 kids. They even had a few toys...

'We stayed a few days in Veracana in the Casa Lady which was our base during our canyoning trip and it was perfect. The house is located in a small village with a magnificent viewpoint, shops nearby and a great pizzeria with a breathtaking view of the lake. The Casa is large and well appointed, and it has a terrace where we were able to eat.'

'Locatie huisje zelf, top. Omgeving is erg toeristisch en druk. Huisje ligt aan een erg drukke doorgaande weg. Er zijn weinig wegen rondom het Comomeer, dus je staat in het hoogseizoen vaak in de file rondom het Comomeer. Plaatsjes lijken erg op elkaar. Toeristische trekpleisters, de bekende plaatsjes, zijn extreem druk en een verkoeling op het terras kost gewoon minimaal 8 euro, voor een simpele cola. Oversteek met de boot op het Comomeer is chaotisch. Mijns inziens worden er teveel mensen...

'The appartment was very clean and neat, located very close to the lake, main plaza, good restaurants and a ferry. Franco and his wife Giusy warmly welcomed us and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Colico is a lovely quiet town we would love to come back.'

'Great house. Great space both indoors and outdoors. Great location. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Perfect for family of 4 or 5. Lack of A/C tough when very hot. My suggestions would be some window covers (so easier to sleep in) and get some nicer outdoor furniture so guests can take better advantage of the 2 terraces which are quite lovely.'
