Cottages in Sonora

'My partner and I stayed here with my parents for Thanksgiving 2024. We have family that live in Sonora, so it was convenient to be able to visit, but also have our own space. The cabin was well appointed and easy to find. There is a steep driveway, which may be challenging in ice and snow. Additional pluses: Pet friendly, coffee bar, well-equipped kitchen, parking for two vehicles, charming, extra blankets, clean, excellent heating. 'We chose to stay here for an early Christmas gathering with our family. The children loved that they were able to have their own space. Everybody had a wonderful experience here, especially being able to be around the forest and mountains. The cabin had a fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary appliances, utilities, pots, pans, and even some seasoning. The five rooms had plenty of blankets and pillows. 'Words cant describe how beautiful and special this location is. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The lovely hosts really have something amazing here. They put so much love and care into every detail of their property and it shows. We will definitely come back every year. Especially since my now fiance proposed in front of the lake. '

'Very cozy and spacious. It easily sleeps 8 people. The host was very nice and easy to communicate. He would keep us posted with the weather and instructions for the house. He let us check in and out without any time restrictions. The place is just 20 min drive from the dodge ridge ski resort. The place was very tidy and clean with the exception of the fridge and the microwave. I would strongly recommend it to stay. '
