On the ground floor
there is the spacious living-dining area with an open, modern, fully equipped kitchen,

A high-quality equipment leaves nothing to be desired, a small utility room with its own washing machine, a guest toilet, a bedroom and bathroom, partially covered terraces and the garden with its great outdoor lighting.
Upstairs
there are 2 separate bedrooms with associated bathrooms.
All bedrooms are laid with real oak parquet, all bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating and towel heating and a toilet.
A cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Beach, promenade, shops and the harbor with its restaurants are a 15-minute walk away.
The historic town of Sóller is only about ten minutes away by car and can also be reached by the antique wooden tram that winds its way along the coast through orchards and olive groves. The house is located in the Tramuntana valley in the north-west of the island, which is also known as the "orange valley" because of its lush citrus plantations. The area is an Eldorado for hikers, cyclists and water sports fans. Culture lovers and hobby biologists will also get their money's worth thanks to several art museums and the Botanical Gardens of Sóller. The region's architectural heritage is also rich, manifesting itself in magnificent Romanesque buildings such as the Sant Bartomeu Church in Sóller from 1236.
Especially water sports enthusiasts, sailors and motorboat enthusiasts will find Port de Soller
all possibilities.
The Soller location is also very interesting for boat owners, as the marina with other
Berths was expanded.
Tourist services of any kind are not part of this contract and are also not offered.
However, you should note that a one-time final cleaning fee of EUR 150, as well as a so-called laundry package for EUR 25.00 per person, is paid directly in cash upon arrival. Furthermore, a deposit of 300 EUROS would have to be deposited in cash, which you will get back immediately upon departure if you have to offset the damage not caused by you. The so-called linen package includes: bed linen, 2 towels and a large bath towel as well as a large towel,

1. Due to the hillside location, the "vacation home" and the pool are both in the
1st floor / 1st level in two separate house areas,
Stairwells are accessible. For guests with walking difficulties we would like to
indicate this fact.
2. The private parking lot in front of the house is not locked, so that too
Parking offenders can park there. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on this.
However, there are enough parking spaces within 50 meters.
Our holiday home is located above the village of Port de Sóller and enjoys a
gorgeous 180 degree panoramic mountain views overlooking the bay with
Sandy beach (partial view).
