'Die Unterkunft ist in einer traumhaften Lage direkt am Strand. Die Zufahrt über die Sackgasse ist etwas schwierig, aber trotzdem gut möglich. Die Betten in den ersten beiden Zimmern sind okay; im dritten Zimmer etwas veraltet was bei uns keine Rolle spielte da wir nur zu dritt waren.'

'We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful.'

'Een heel ruim huis voorzien van alle gemakken, ruim voldoende opbergruimte, servies enz. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Inchecken ging wat stroef doordat er verschillende telefoon nummers op contract stonden, maar wel een hele aardige meneer. Echt een aanrader , we hebben genoten. Voor ons had het huis wel dichter bij de kust mogen staan maar ja je kan niet alles hebben.'

Great property management too and Ella and Lina really looked after us, rectifying a temporary issue with the drain even on a Sunday and getting us 2 more bikes which we really enjoyed using. 'Spacious and rustic house with a lovely garden. Well equipped kitchen and good beds. We haven’t used them, but there are two bicycles available. Foios is a quite and relaxed village, not particularly pretty but nice and convenient with everything you need in walking distance. Easy metro connection to Valencia city center. Would definitely book again.'

'Quite nice, 24/7 reception is a plus. Cleaning stuff also washed our dishes which was nice. City center & CAC in walkable distance. We were surprised that the appartment kitchen does not have any oil, salt or pepper. Food you buy yourself thats clear, but no one could ever use an entire bottle of oil/ package of salt in a week - these basics are normally available. Also horrible beds, the couch even worse. '
