'Booked for a saturday night. Planned to arrive in the morning and park in the large car park. Unfortunately this is also a golf club so the car park was full so could not. Had we arrived around check in time 1500hrs, there would have been plenty of parking slots. Even non-EV cars parked in the EV charging bays so you can't bank on charging your car. Was not allowed to early check in even though the hotel was not busy. Room had a sea view. However this means that you also over look the car park....

'This was our fourth stay at The Balmoral. We've stayed in some of the other larger hotels in Skeggy and haven't been to impressed. We found this one four years ago and haven't bothered looking for anywhere else since. Lovely little hotel and we'll be back again next year. '

'Honestly quite horrible! Got there and there was no booking for us! Hotels.com told us the hotel sold our room as they got more money from a walk in customer! After 3 hours on the phone hotels.com was not helping us so we ended up having to pay the hotel again we was put in a dirty room with bumpbeds then the next day we had to move rooms. I would not recommend using hotels.com for anything and especially when it comes to this hotel!'
