"Good hotel in a beautiful location next to Maho Beach, but I had an unpleasant experience on my last day. I was unexpectedly asked to move to another room because someone else was supposed to stay in mine — apparently, other guests were more important than me. I also requested a late checkout, which was confirmed until 11:30 AM. However, when the time came, no one seemed to know about it. I got a call asking why I hadn’t checked out yet, and a grumpy housekeeper showed up, saying she knew nothing about the late checkout. Not a nice way to be treated."

"Kamer goed, strand en zwembad ok top. Maar heel veel lawaai, de kamers aan de achterkant van gebouw 7, vrachtwagens die afval en wasgoed op Haley. En schoonmaak aan de strand kant met hogedruk spuit. Jammer."
