"Good hotel in a beautiful location next to Maho Beach, but I had an unpleasant experience on my last day. I was unexpectedly asked to move to another room because someone else was supposed to stay in mine — apparently, other guests were more important than me. I also requested a late checkout, which was confirmed until 11:30 AM. However, when the time came, no one seemed to know about it. I got a call asking why I hadn’t checked out yet, and a grumpy housekeeper showed up, saying she knew nothing about the late checkout. Not a nice way to be treated."

"Het resort is netjes onderhouden. Het appartement was schoon en erg ruim. Minpunt is de wifi, die is op het gehele complex matig tot slecht. "
