The oversized double terrace is equipped with dining chairs, chaise lounges, and conversation chairs, providing a picturesque view of Simpson Bay Beach, the ocean, and the private complex swimming pool. Comes equipped with an electric George Foreman BBQ on the terrace for grilling without the mess.

Condo features 1 ocean-facing Primary King Bedroom, 1 bay-facing Queen bedroom with a Twin Sofa Sleeper, and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So many sleeping arrangement options to accommodate different traveling groups. Accommodates 4 adults + 1 child (6+ years old for an additional $30 a night).

Condo is located on the third floor with elevator or two short flights upstairs, where you'll enjoy an unobstructed view, delightful tropical breezes and complete privacy.
Separate modern quiet air-conditioning units with remotes in each room for individual temperature control.
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, pots and pans, dinnerware, microwave, stove & oven range, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee and Keurig coffee makers, and basic cooking supplies.
