'Very good value; pleasantly surprised. This is of course a very inexpensive hotel, so adjust your expectations. But it seemed noticeably better than a lot of other truly cheap hotels. Maybe they have good housekeepers and/or good management, but it seemed like they were truly trying to provide a good service. It was clean, fairly quiet, felt safe, bed was comfortable, cable channels were reasonable. I'll stay there again. '

'Sierra Vista is a small town, but Garden Place Suites was close to restaurants and getting back to the interstate. The breakfast had many options. Unfortunately, we were there on Saturday and Sunday mornings and the breakfast didn’t start until 7 am, and we needed to start out earlier. 'Stayed here to visit Tombstone and Bisbee. Very much a nice quiet town. The motel has coffee in the lobby and thats also where you can get your breakfast. You will have to take it to your room as no chairs or tables. Waffles and yougurts plus bottled watter. Room was comfortable and large. Spent two nights here and a few miles down the road are some restaurants. Had a pretty good time.'

'Check in was prompt and professional. Room was ready and clean at check in. Breakfast this morning was terrible. Egg white omlet was chewy and tasteless, turkey sausage was uneatable and both were lukewarm as were the potatoes. Ended up only eating a cinnamon roll which was quite good and hot under a heat lamp. Room cleaning service knocked on our door before 9 AM? We had not checked out and there was no card to hang on door for privacy.'

'Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean sheets and clean room. Bath tub needs safety strips on the bottom part of the tub, so you don't slip and fall getting in and out...Especially for older people, possible safety hazard!! Thanks kindly for all of your help!! 'We were in Sierra Vista for our sons graduation from MI school at Ft. Huachuca. Let me tell, when I say this was the best VRBO we've stayed at in our travels throughout the US, I am not kidding. The attention to detail was second to none. Everything labeled, it's as if the host stayed there not knowing where anything was, of how anything operated, and had it all labeled and spelled out. And cleanliness, I have never seen or stayed in one cleaner. I would give it 6 starts if it were an option....

'Place is more like low rent apartments. No ice machine, no vending, rooms are outdated (even though remodeled) more than half the rooms are lived in full time. '

'We came here to warm up from the cold MN winter and ride bicycles. The neighborhood was friendly and the property was comfortable, clean and well kept. The location to the northern bike trail was convenient. City bike trails are not all that bike friendly. If coming down to Sierra Vista again, I would recommend this townhome.'
