'We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once...

'Första intrycket när vi kommer in på hotellets lite väl gömda entré så fick bara en WOW känsla. Snabbast incheckning jag varit med om, gick på 3min i entrén till vårat rum. Rummet i sig, fantastiskt fint, bilderna dom visar gör sig inte rättvisa. Man har en egen liten trapp upp på taket på huset där du har solstolar, bord för o kunna äta middag, egen liten privat pool o dusch. Solen ligger på hela dagen i princip. En riktig dold pärla i Siam Reap! <3'

'Absolutely amazing place. We all had the best experience made so by our wonderful host Herve. All tours were arranged in advance by Herve with a government certified private tour guide including a private driver to take us to local attractions and fabulous restaurants at our beckoned call. We slept well in private air conditioned suites with baths. Before retiring in the evening or after a hot afternoon we cooled off in our private refreshing swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens and...

'Our short stay was perfect. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower/bath tub room was large and well kept. The highlight is the pool. Practically had it to ourselves, a great temperature and plenty of space to sit. It was peaceful and quiet too due to its location. Hosts had excellent English and were very friendly and accommodating. We’ll go back for sure!'

Excellent stay at Saem Siem Reap Hotel

"I had a fantastic experience at Saem Siem Reap Hotel. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The hotel features a beautiful pool, which was a highlight of my stay—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent pool towels. The rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Saem Siem Reap Hotel for anyone visiting Siem Reap. "Klein boutique hotel in het centrum van Siem Reap. Kamers zijn ruim en prima ingericht. Hotel heeft een eigen zwembad, maar ontbijten moet in het hotel er tegenover (dat is ook van de Temple Group, net als sommige zaken in Pub Street). Ontbijt is het minpunt van deze accommodatie. Sompige croissants, halfwarm sap en regelmatig lege schappen. Koffie ook niet erg lekker. Dit past niet bij een 5 sterren hotel. Menig 3 sterren hotel heeft betere ontbijt kwa. Jammer! Aanvullende faciliteiten zijn goed, waaronder de massage. Hotel is op loopafstand van Pub street. Personeel maakt het verschil: vriendelijk en behulpzaam."

"Great hotel with a great team and very well located. Perfect place to stay to visit the temples and do some other day trip, with a great opportunity to relax after a long day. We went with our teenagers and they didn’t want to leave!"
