« My family and I spent another vacation week at the Peace of Paradise Lake House hosted by Anne. Trying to find time as a family for 3 grown boys with busy careers and one married is impossible except when it comes to the Lake House. I gave them the dates and they made the time to show up. We checked on Friday and by 4:30PM the boat was at the dock and tee times were made for two rounds of golf. « We were a group of 7 women on the leadership team of a homeschool co-op meeting for our annual spring planning retreat. This home allowed us to spread out comfortably through all of the bedrooms, cook meals with ease, eat those meals inside or out on the deck, have meetings, play games, do crafts, and have a wonderful time together! « We had an extremely relaxing stay. The area is gorgeous…loved being close to the water. We brought our dog and it was great to let him run and play and just be a dog. Did have a few issues with a few appliances, but the host was super quick to bring a new remote and coffee pot. All in all we would stay again! »

« We sustained smoke damage to our home and had to find a rental fast. In my haste and upset, I booked the wrong dates. Duane was very helpful in correcting my mistake and working with me. He was very responsive. Overall, the property was ideally sized, clean, welcoming, and the price point was amazing compared to hotels in the area. Our dog loved the property as well. »

« Hubby and I were in town for a wedding with our 21 year old son. We were walking distance from some great local stops and just a short drive from anything we needed and plenty to do. Next trip we’d like to take advantage of hiking options we didn’t have time for this trip. Sooooo much better than a hotel, this place is loaded with character and comfort touches a plenty and provided everyone a nice balance of privacy and togetherness! Great stay! »
