'The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the city centre. It is modern well appointed. My room had everything l needed and l especially liked the shower in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was good, all the staff were helpful and my poached eggs were cooked to order. I stayed for the England women’s football match and the hotel could not have been nearer the ground. I will definitely book again if l am in Sheffield.'

'As always, hospitality is defined by the people who provide it. The hotel staff was magnificent in this regard. From the breakfast servers to the front desk, everyone was kind, helpful and wore a smile. A special mention for the cleaning staff who did an excellent job every morning. Breakfast was delicious with options such as eggs Florentine and eggs Benedict, although as a continental European i would have liked to have seen some cheeses at the buffet. What else is there to mention? Free...

'Prima hotel, voldeed helemaal aan de verwachtingen. Alleen het ontbijt was redelijk, English breakfast was goed, het ontbijt buffet was beperkt en het continental ontbijt was zelfs minimaal. De douche had op beide kamers een te lage waterdruk.'
