'what I like about the renaissance hotel is mainly the atmosphere in the hotel. A lot of chinese hotels are beautiful but overwhelming huge. Too high ceilings, too much marmor. The renaissance is more boutique like with good sound and atmosphere. Everything is there, very comfortable but not overdone'

'Dissapointed in different ways: 1) no free internet. For a hotel which advertises itself as a business hotel, it is weird that you have to pay for such a basic thing. Then on top, if you want to use wireless, you also have to pay extra for that! 2) small room with very impractical design, a table with a sharp poing which cuts in the middle of the room is not very handy, especially at night. 3) the lobby had a terrible draught.
