COZY BEAR OVERLOOK is a spaciously designed 2,850 square foot, 4-king bedroom/4-bathroom, three-level log cabin with easy access in all weather conditions and paved parking for up to 4 vehicles. This conveniently located cabin retreat is nestled in a log cabin resort, Eagles Ridge North, a log cabin community centrally located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains offering natural wooded mountain views of the Smokies. Located less than 2 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and all of the area attractions, including Dollywood, Ripkin Experience baseball fields, The Island, outlet malls, dinner theaters, historic Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

COZY BEAR OVERLOOK has just one small step to enter the cabin making it easily accessible for all. Enjoy privacy and comfort in one of 4 king bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The master bedroom on the upper level has a Jacuzzi tub where you can relax after a long day shopping and sightseeing. On the main floor, there is a bedroom with an attached bathroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are located on the lower level along with a living space equipped with a sleeper sofa, a separate game room with a pool table, and a deck with a bubbly hot tub!

The main floor great room is very spacious and has a stacked stone gas fireplace, large well-appointed kitchen and dining room with floor to ceiling windows to provide the view you deserve. The ultimate in open space living, so you can enjoy your friends and family from anywhere on the main level living space, or watch your favorite sport on TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker (drip style & K-cup), blender, slow cooker, silverware, dinnerware and quality cookware or head out to expansive wrap around deck for breathtaking views to grill dinner.

Whatever your Smoky Mountain vacation plans may be, we know you will enjoy your stay at our no smoking and no pet cabin. COZY BEAR OVERLOOK can accommodate 8 adults MAXIMUM (12 total with all children, 17 and younger including small children and infants). You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. If you need additional lodging, we also rent other cabins in Eagles Ridge North Resort.

50th birthday bash
Property was as described. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was easy and efficient. Location was convenient to town, which works well, but just know it’s not as quiet as places further out, as you might expect. Cabins are built closely together so you can hear neighbors. The only real talking point for us was a minor one—there were very few towels overall and we could find no dishcloths to speak of. As this was not a huge deal to us we did not contact management. We worked around it easily. Hot tub was great and secluded nicely. Upper deck had lots of seating. Overall a great experience and would stay again.

Exceptional cabin
This 4 king bedroom cabin with the 4 bathrooms were excellent for my family and convenient for seeing to kids baths. Cozy Bear was pleasantly located near everything we wanted to do. The 321 route to Townsend we found a great General Store which sold fantastic blueberry and apple fried pies. This was a great location and we’d definitely would love to return for more memories ♥️

Spring break with friends
The property was a great set up for 7 people (2 couples and 3 teen boys). The boys had a great space in the lower level (where there were 2 bedrooms) that included a sitting space with TV and pool table. Cabin had plenty of space for everyone at the table. Location was close to the strip for those wanting quick access (your view includes both trees and city / alpine slide views). Wifi does go in and out occasionally but overall was generally working). Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. And the cabin was very clean. Enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect getaway spot!
This cabin was the perfect place for our “grown ups only” mini vacation. It was very clean and very well stocked. The layout worked very well our group. The location was perfect and only a short drive to all of the places we wanted to visit during our stay. Highly recommend and plan to return in the future 😊

Winter Vacation at Cozy Bear
We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear in Pigeon Forge Tn. Easy in & out. Great view & close to everything. Cabin was well maintained, 3 levels of bedrooms & most everything you would need in the kitchen. Pool table, TVs & hot tub were great entertainment. Stacked washer/dryer set is small tho. Also would recommend grab handles for each tub for us old folks. Recommend this one!👍

Great property and location but freezing temperatures
This is my second time booking this cabin. We typically have no issues but this time the cabin was extremely cold. It was between 5-20 degrees outside the entire trip and the bottom level of the cabin would not heat above 63 degrees. It typically stayed in the 50s on the bottom level. The top level got up to 65 degrees one day but the cabin temperature was miserable. We went out and bought blankets and hoodies but we did our best to just stay out of the cabin as much as possible. The thermostat does not go over 75 but the heat still would not kick in. We had to use a space heater in the closet to even stay there. Outside of that the cabin is extremely clean and in a great, central location.

Property was as advertised. Great location. We had 11 people and ages 4 through 86 and all were comfortable. The lower lever bathrooms are small so need to take into consideration for access if disabilities or need assistance. Management company was responsive and very polite. Would stay here again.

Great Weekend Getaway
The cabin was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked and loved being able to grill. We had 4 couples and each bedroom having their own bathroom worked perfectly. I would definitely stay at the property again.

Sisters reunion
Cozy bear overlook was a beautiful place to stay for our sisters reunion. The location was perfect and very convenient to get to Pigeon Forge activities. The scenery was beautiful and the cabin was furnished with everything to compliment our stay. The fireplace provided a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. We loved having a full bathroom in every bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

everyone in my group is part of my family and they all were really thrilled with the cabin. It was very clean and just as ad said it would be, except for one thing. We always ride the motorcycles to the area every year and this said there were no steep or curvy roads to the cabin , which wasen't quite true. But, the entrance was not too bad and we loved it. There was eight of us, we each had separate room with attached bathroom. Must be sound proof, upstairs I couldn't hear the people on main floor. Nice hot tub, although we didn't find time to use it. Nice gift for my family. Will want to stay again in the future.
