'The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... We were moved to the far end of the hotel... and I was still forced to sleep with headphones on. The only saving grace of this hotel is the very nice staff,...

'This is the perfect place to stay in Sestriere for skiers since the bus stop, ski rentals, lift tickets, ski lifts & restaurants are so close.'

'Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier). Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed). Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!'

'Very friendly staff, clean and cosy apartement - with sun sided terrace and view over the whole of sestriere and beyond. Parking lot is a bit small (but you could park also outside), for the rest perfect stay for ski-ing and walking. If we ever go back it will be palace 2 again.'
