This is the ONLY condo building on the Seattle Waterfront so you can't get any closer to the water than this! The amazing Seattle waterfront is in your front yard and Pike place market in your backyard ~ the perfect Seattle vantage point. This is the best place from which to enjoy all that Seattle has to offer. Watch ferry boats slip by from your living room or deck with the sound and mountains in the background, walk to the Market for brunch and pick up some locally grown produce, or experience the Seattle Theater and nightlife! This modern and luxurious condo is within walking distance to the downtown Seattle shopping district, Pike Place Market, museums, music venues, Mariner's Ball Park and Seahawk Stadium/Quest Field, and numerous coffee shops and restaurants. Bright and sunny, this 2 bedroom condo sleeps 4 comfortably. A luxurious King bed in the master, and a new queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, provide plenty of room to sleep and relax. Incredible Stay
I was there for a firefighter Stairclimb held at the Columbia Tower. I brought my mom and daughter on the trip. The location was PRIME!! Easy to walk to Pikes market, Aquarium, ferris wheel etc.Check in was easy! I can’t wait to come back next year.

Preben was a great communicator. The property has amazing views of the sound and is an easy walk to the market area. The condo has an efficient layout with plenty of space and amenities. We appreciated the full stocked kitchen so we could cook food from the market. I highly recommend!

Great Anniversary Spot!
My wife and I loved being here for 4 days during our anniversary. The owner was gracious and accommodating of our wild travel changes around bad weather. The views are perfect, the walk to the market is brief, and the place is comfy. I would definitely go back!

First time to Seattle for a few of us and this was the perfect location for our trip. The unit is well maintained and had a gorgeous view of the water. Pike Market Place was easily accessible and if you’re in the mood for a walk, the Space Needle is not too far. Definitely saving this location for a future return.

Superb in Seattle!
Wow in the Northwest! After a slightly tricky time finding the office at the property we headed up to our Seattle retreat. We were so surprised at the AMAZING view from this property! It is stunning. The ships passing, the sunsets and a charming porch to enjoy it all! The property was very clean, well set up and has a fantastic location near all of waterfront activities as well as the new waterfront overlook! The owners were super prompt in answering any questions and we can’t recommend it enough. Enjoy your stay in Seattle!

Great Location
We were travelling to Seattle for the first time and found this VRBO to be in a great location! It was easy to get to the waterfront, to the pier where our whale watching tour left from as well as to Pike Place Market. We did find there was an elevator to help get up to street level near the garage entrance so that helped on our trek to Pike Place. I appreciated Preben contacting me shortly after we booked as well as being flexible with our check in time. A great amount of instructions were provided that helped with our stay. The detachable shower head desperately needed cleaned as you could see the black mold on it and the towels could use an upgrade as they were pretty stained. There were also quite a few stains on the blankets and pillows which was disappointing. I think it's also important to note that the air conditioning is 2 individual units that are in 2 rooms (the living room and one bedroom). There's a third bedroom (with the queen bed) and it only has access to a tower fan, this wasn't a big issue for us but I would have liked to have known that ahead of booking. Aside from a few details, overall, we had a pretty nice stay!

Lovely property, very clean, nice condo grounds. View of the Sound and ability to just walk across the street to the boardwalk was great. We walked up every AM to get fresh coffee, pastries and fruit at Pikes Place and watched the sun set from the balcony or the boardwalk. The elevator at the north end of the condos was very convenient when we were tired of walking uphill. Plenty of towels and essentials in the unit, very secure feeling grounds. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our visit tremendously; the proximity to Pike Place market, waterfront piers, belltown, and downtown districts made all the difference as we purposely did not rent a car. The check-in process was straightforward due to great communication from the property manager. Thank you!
