'Very nice property! Short walk over a small dune to a great stretch of beach that was beautiful and not crowded. Home was well appointed and very pet friendly. '

'Kitchen, living room and dining room were spacious, but kitchen is missing some important utensils. We enjoyed the upper deck and screened in porch. There were nice walkways to an uncrowded beach. Only a short distance to the ferry and Cape Henlopen State Park.'

It needs a complete decorating update! 2) The living room sectional is terrible, old and uncomfortable 3) the porch cushions for some odd reason were stored in the living...

'This home is exactly as pictured, very spacious! It was very comfortable for 15 of us, with room for more! The pool was a nice added feature for our group. Owner was very accommodating and Tricia at the management company went above and beyond with communication! Much appreciated!! 20 min walk to shopping was good for exercise but after buying things, we needed to Uber back. This does not take away from the beautiful home though.'

'We’ve been going to the beach for Thanksgiving for over a decade and this is the first property we ever felt comfortable staying at more than once. The home is just perfect for our family and the kitchen is well appointed for even a 15 lb. turkey. The owner is awesome, quick to respond to all questions, and provides detailed information about your stay. Definitely recommend!'
