'Rust, ruimte, mooi schoon appartement met heerlijk groot terras en mooi zwembad ! '

'Huis staat op een heuvel en ligt in een woonwijk met andere villa's. Ongeveer 10 kilometer onder Siracusa. Goed verblijf als je van rust houd en groot zwembad. Huis is gedateerd ingericht. Geen horeca in dorpje. Auto is een noodzaak. Door de vele niveauverschillen niet toegankelijk met rolstoel. Elektra moet appart afgerekend worden.'

'We had a wonderful week in this house. It is nicely secluded in a lemon grove and within walking distance of the beach. The house is spacious, has an almost new kitchen and bathroom and outdoor bathroom. All around is a beautiful spacious garden with lots of shade. The pool is clean and big. Opposite the house is a beautiful outdoor BBQ. The house has air conditioning in the living room. With us it was extremely hot, so the air conditioning was insufficient for the downstairs bedrooms, the...

'Zeer leuk verblijf Zeer groot zwembad, wat de kinderen zeer tof vonden. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Dit vakantiehuis is een echte aanrader!'

'Heerlijk ruim en rustig huis. Gezamenlijk zwembad met een paar andere huizen. Geen overlast, was bijna prive zwembad. Aardig contact met eigenaar. Wel auto nodig.'

'Supermooi en fijn huis op mooie rustige locatie op ongeveer 10 minuten rijden van Ortigia. Wij waren hier in het laagseizoen en dan zijn niet alle restaurants dicht bij het huis geopend. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Dankjewel Stefania voor de vriendelijke ontvangst, de fijne communicatie en de goede tips. '

'We had a wonderful stay at Villa Gioia (2 adults, 1 child). Riccardo was a fantastic host, even leaving us a delicious bottle of wine to welcome us to the villa. The villa itself was spotless with everything we needed. We particularly loved the pool. It was a short walk to lovely beaches and has a kids playground just outside. I would absolutely recommend this property.'

'Mooi huis, wij verbleven op de beneden verdieping, dus hadden wij ook een mooi groot terras. Het was schoon, de bedden en keuken waren goed. Het grootste nadeel was het ontbreken van de airco, het was bijna niet te doen om goed te slapen in deze temperaturen (30+ graden) De douche was ontzettend klein . De eigenaar Andrea is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad!'

'Nice villa with privare pool and tennis court at 10-15 min drive from Sirucasa. Good and efficient contact with Enzo, the property manager. Very friendly home owner as well. We enjoyed our stay!'

'The villa has everything, but really everything that you can possibly need during your holiday. Sebastian is the perfect host, makes sure that everything is OK and answers all your questions in a second! You get a full basket with bread, milk, wine, spread, water and much more... when you arrive. For the rest is the villa super compleet and you are free to use everything available. The location is very quiet and peacefull but in 15 min you are in Ortigia with its lovely atmosphere, restaurants...

"We boekten dit hotel voor de wellness. Bij aankomst werd deze aangeraden. Een half uur later toen we naar de wellness wilden gaan ... Gesloten voor renovatie. Propere kamer (spijtig van het bloedspoor dat door de gang liep 😁). Ruim en gezellig. Aangenaam ontbijten. Zeer ruime parking voor de deur en dakterras."

"This property has definitely potential, the rooms are nice, space and looks but not clean. There was a left over of room service on the corridor when we arrived and only after we told the receptionist to clean it, it was taken away (3 days later) The food is over priced and low quality The location is very remote, there is a town next to the resort but there is not much. Overall not a real 5 star place."
