'A lovely hotel full of beautiful architecture and history. Good customer service too! However, the room that i stayed in wasn’t that clean. The bathroom had white stains on the floor and hair in the shower. There was also no towel provided. '

'Very convenient for the seafront and shopping. The food is really good when its waitress service and the staff couldn’t be more friendly. However when the evening meal is buffet style the standard goes down, probably because of the amount of people they are serving. 'Great, view, very spacious room, comfy bed, good bathroom. Evening menu for vegetarian poor, electronic systems failed whilst signing in. We enjoyed a great 24 hrs touring local sculptures and fabulous food at Lizzet and spa for breakfast. '

'Upon arrival no staff was to be seen, but was polite and showed us to our rooms. A few hazards on entry grates raised up on tile flooring at entry ( trip hazard) lift doesnt work. We was there two nights no fresh towels or bedding. Had to buy our own toilet roll. Cleaness needs a good clean over, walls had stains, carpets need a good clean. Overall was warm, comfy.
