'This property was clean, spacious, and the location was perfect. Not only do they have a private pool for guests staying on the property, but also has beach access. They also went above and beyond to provide things we needed for our guests. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Sayulita and would come back again myself!'

'Our stay at this beautiful VRBO in Sayulita was absolutely phenomenal! We were a group of six—my husband, his mother, niece, and two sisters—and this property provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. 'This is a nice, quiet property a little ways off the main part of town. There is a back road from the property to get to the beach. It is on a steep hill and has a lot of stairs, so probably not the best place if you don't get around well. The roof top terrace is very big and overlooks the town.'

'Overall, our stay was good. The condo is roomy and comfortable. There were 5 women and found it to be very roomy. A couple of things that could be improved were the microwave was broken. The property mamager said it would be replaced, but it hadn't been by the time we left. The second bathroom toilet needs to be fixed because it runs if the flap in the tank isn't pushed down. The impact drilling into our concrete floor and pounding of anchors all day and into evening was deafening. When that is done in a couple months or maybe stay on a higher floor the place will be great. 'We liked the Northside location with it being less noisy and more upscale.The downside, the condo ran out of water for half a day; a loss of electricity for approximately 10 hours one day; and there seemed to be issues with mosquitoes in the condo even though we kept all doors and windows closed. 'We absolutely loved our visit to Sayulita and our stay at Casa Chloe. This was our first time to this area - and it took a little piece of our hearts. The condo is in a perfect location - you don't need a car/golf cart - you can walk everywhere.
