'Nice, new, clean and simple stay just a short walk from town. The perfect distance away from the action of town for a peaceful and quiet retreat. Access three nearby beaches by foot, short walk to delicious coffee and food. Friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend.'

'The place was very clean. It was located in the heart of all the action of downtown Sayulita It was so noisy at night. But the location to the beach was great. There was a rager on Friday night that went till 6 AM with loud techno music next-door. We slept with the earplugs and for the most part that was OK. But we had to keep the windows closed the whole time because it was so loud from the street. The Internet is nonexistent. Communication with the manager was nonexistent as well. No one...

'We use VRBO a lot and I think we paid a premium as part of our trip overlapped with Holy Week, so found myself slightly disappointed. We loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and showers were very nice with good water pressure. Awesome that we could all take a shower when we got back from the beach each day. Our dishwasher didn't work and Tony was great to try to fix it and when he couldn't he sent us someone to clean the dishes, but I felt bad asking for it every time we needed dishes cleaned. The...

'From beginning to end the has been our best VRBO experience'

'We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was very close (right next to an amazing coffee shop) and personally we loved the steps back to return (got in an extra workout). The condo grounds were very nice & everyone was so nice. Sayulita was such an amazing fun town! We especially loved getting fresh produce 2 blocks down, drinks on the beach & best ever shrimp tacos. 'We absolutely loved our visit to Sayulita and our stay at Casa Chloe. This was our first time to this area - and it took a little piece of our hearts. The condo is in a perfect location - you don't need a car/golf cart - you can walk everywhere. There are so many options for restaurants (we loved The Dock right down the street) and there is great shopping. The condo itself is amazing. 'Casa Coco was a pleasurable experience'

'What a great studio. We loved opening the big slider windows and sitting out on the big porch watching the sun come up over the hill. We loved listening to the music at night--and could simply close the sliders at night for a quiet sleep. What a great little spot to enjoy this extraordinary surf town!'

'This is a nice, quiet property a little ways off the main part of town. There is a back road from the property to get to the beach. It is on a steep hill and has a lot of stairs, so probably not the best place if you don't get around well. The roof top terrace is very big and overlooks the town.'

'Overall, our stay was good. The condo is roomy and comfortable. There were 5 women and found it to be very roomy. A couple of things that could be improved were the microwave was broken. The property mamager said it would be replaced, but it hadn't been by the time we left. The second bathroom toilet needs to be fixed because it runs if the flap in the tank isn't pushed down. 'We liked the Northside location with it being less noisy and more upscale.The downside, the condo ran out of water for half a day; a loss of electricity for approximately 10 hours one day; and there seemed to be issues with mosquitoes in the condo even though we kept all doors and windows closed. '
