"I liked how they welcomed us to their hotel when we checked in at the reception. They gave us a tour and explained what we could do at the hotel besides enjoying our room. The staff is excellent. Always helpful and smiling. It gives a home feeling, which is very lovely. Also, the central sitting area with the fireplace is fantastic. We could enjoy a cozy indoor feeling while it is storming outside. 10 for this place. Not a single bad thing to find. "

"Fecamp is a nice place, lovely people. However the accomodation we've booked was dirty. The beds were not ready to sleep at. We have to figure out where all the stuff was to make up the beds. The promised jacuzzi in the garden was out of order."
