Beachfront house with private entrance on the beach 1st floor:
The apartment is located on the first floor but absolutely independent with an external staircase. The ground floor apartment is always our property. The house has a living room, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom, living room, veranda facing the sea, gazebo with table and barbecue.
The house consists of a living area with a kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher - stove - oven - and dishes) bathroom with shower, double bedroom with wardrobe, bedroom with 3 single beds and wardrobe. The living room is equipped with two sofas, table, TV, heat pump. The outdoor area consists of a veranda facing the sea where you can enjoy the spectacle of the sea during sunrise and have a peaceful breakfast with a breathtaking view. Outside there is also a shower; the house is characterized by the presence of a gazebo with a marble table for 8/10 people and a barbecue. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for living there (pots, glasses, plates, towels, tablecloths and more). In the house there is WI-FI CONNECTION.
My intention is to make my guests feel as if they are in their own home with all the comforts and services that I can offer, making myself available for anything.
Access to the house in the private condominium is via a gate where you will find private parking inside. The village is equipped with services located at the marina, reachable in 10 minutes on foot, bar, tobacconist, boat and dinghy rental, pizzeria, steakhouse, ice cream parlor and evening entertainment for young people and adults. you can spend a pleasant period of relaxation on the beach in front along 4 simple steps.
Reservations are accepted with a minimum of 5 nights / 6 days, pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed inside the house. The house has an internal parking.
Check in must take place on the day of arrival from 15.00 to 22.00. We guarantee maximum availability in meeting needs at different times than specified, however such requests will be communicated in time to the owner. We kindly ask you to allow check out by 10.00 on the day of departure, to allow the accommodation and preparation of the house for arriving guests.
