Advertised on Expedia as pet friendly but it’s only certain kinds of DOGS. While moving with my cat I was allowed to check in and then stayed half my stay, came back to being locked out of my room and told no cat. Front desk staff then shook me down for more money (asked for cash?) was very rude and I left 2 days short of my paid for stay with no refund. It does say dogs on their website but nowhere else. Also there was mold on the inside of the windows and someone had a keg party in the parking lot the first night and they let that go on no problem?? I did not feel safe and the guy working the front desk Friday 21st ( 10am) was not nice. I left that day and still had to pay for the full stay which is fine but hotels need to stop advertising they are “pet friendly” in SERPS and on a national site if the actual specific location has another policy. I had to leave 2 days early to drive 2600 miles with my child and cat which affected my entire move. Won’t stay there again.
