We houden van het huis en van de omgeving en raken niet uitgekeken in de Piëmonte. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en de grote tuin met vele zitjes biedt voor een ieder mogelijkheid te rusten, spelen, lezen, kletsen, borrelen met elkaar of afzonderlijk. 'We really enjoyed our holiday in August 2022 in this fantastic house. We are a family of 19 persons of which 11 children in different ages. Il Pavone Reale is a great house with a lot of space and nicely decorated. It has a great kitchen, tennis court, lovely pool, pizza house with fire wood oven, table tennis, bbq area and much more. 'Lovely house, well-equipped and easily accommodating 10-12p. Ideal for 3 fams as the rooms on levels 1 and 2 have opposite bedrooms. Great pool on a nice 3-level garden with more than enough space. On the mezzanine level a fine terrass overlooking the hilly environment. We would certainly recommend the property!'

Wel zijn er nog een paar zaken die wat storend zijn en die beter aangegeven kunnen worden of opgelost door de eigenaar: de muren zitten vol zouten waar door buiten maar vooral ook binnen de cementbepleistering afbrokkelt op zowat alle muren wat een slordige aanblik geeft. 'We stayed in the house for a week with a group of 15 adults. The house, terras and domain is more than spacious enough to accommodate this size of groups, with two kitchens and two barbecues. The view is wonderful and the pool always fresh enough to cool down while temperatures are hot. 'We had a great stay in August. It was very hot so the air con throughout the property was most welcome. The property is well appointed and had all we needed. The pool was ideal for a cooling splash and lots of play with my daughter while her mum enjoyed the sun bathing.
