'What a lovely place to be! Aquilina, you where so wonderful and nice, we are certainly coming back! We went for a mixed work and private stay. Close to the center (a car is helpfull), right at the beach and a lovely store nearby, where we could get the best ingredients for our food. Thank you so much, i wouldn't change a thing in the appartment!'

'Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to Rome and Florence. Quiet at night. Beautiful view. Plenty of restaurants near by. Absolutely loved the quiet nights and away from the noise of the city. '

'Perfect place to stay and visit Rome. The trainstation is a 10 minutes walk en from there in half an hour you are at the Vaticaanstad. There are supermarkets nearby. The owner is very friendly '

'Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub. In der Villa ist toll und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Die Kinder konnten überall spielen. Jeden Morgen hat und Ika ein tolles Frühstück besorgt und vorbereitet. Es war ein rundum perfekter Urlaub und wir wären gerne noch länger dort gebliebenen.. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub '

'Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung vorgefunden mit einem wunderbaren Blick vom Wohnzimmer aus direkt auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Hinzu kommt, dass uns Simona mit vielen Leckereien überrascht hat. Die Betreuung durch Simona und Laura bei kleinen Hindernissen war umgehend, super organisiert und immer zuverlässig! Herzlichen Dank hierfür und die wertvollen Tipps! Passoscuro ist für uns optimal gewesen, Ruhe zum Erholen und nahe an Rom für Tagestouren. '

'The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host.'

'Amazing huge villa that was perfect for our family vacation. Super clean, zero problems in two weeks stay. Close to Rome, lake towns and shopping. Great kitchen for cooking for a crowd. Gorgeous property. Comfy beds. Electricity was expensive, as warned by others. Don't hesitate to book this fantastic villa!'

'Very pleasant stay, everything you need is present. Good beds, good equipment for cooking your italian meals and nice fireplace. Francesco was a really warm host: helped us out when needed, had good ideas for trips in the environment!'

'Lovely appartment perfecly well equipped in a quiet surrounding close to the sea as well as to the lakes of Bracciano and Bolsena and to numerous etruscan and medieval places harbouring good traditional restaurants. 'This host is lazy at best and deceptive at worst. I've never written a negative review before but here we go: - I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). She only got back to me a few hours before check-in time. - Check-in is advertised as 2pm and is one of the reasons we booked this accommodation as we were arriving from a long flight that morning. "We stayed 2 days in the room nr 30. The receptionist refused to give us an expedia VIP upgrade, even there were still rooms available for booking. The room we got was next to a room used for washing and storage of dishes and pans The restaurant was open for breakfast only, still the staff didn’t care to do their duties between 22.00 and 24.00 at night. We called the reception to complain about the situation and requested a different room but our request was rejected and problem not resolved. When we talked to the kitchen staff, we’ve got a very rude response that we can call the police if we want because they will continue as long as they want. In the bathroom we had only hand shower, the other part was broken. Overall, a very disappointing experience. "
