'Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus ist älter aber der Zustand ist völlig okay und sauber. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick. Achtung: Der Gastgeber kann kein Englisch, daher ist es sinnvoll eine Übersetzungsapp zu verwenden. Zudem muss die Touristensteuer vor Ort in bsr bezahlt werden, daher sollte man schauen dass man passend bezahlen kann. '

'We hebben een hele fijn week gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Het zwembad was heerlijk, de ruimten waren erg fijn en het terras was prachtig. De foto van de zitkamer is gedateerd, er staat onder andere een ander bankstel. En goed om te weten dat er tweebaansweg langs het huis loopt. Eerst schrokken we daarvan, maar al snel heb je het niet meer in de gaten. De locatie ten opzichte van Sineu is heel fijn. Slechts op 4 minuten afstand zit een hele fijne kleine supermarkt. En ga vooral langs bij het Tapas...

'Die Unterkunft war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Eine ursprüngliche Finca mit eigenem Pool und großem Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Alles sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Wir kommen gern wieder.'

'Wir waren zu viert in der Finca und haben selten eine so saubere Unterkunft gesehen. Die Finca ist gut aufgeteilt. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf Sant Joan. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wurden insgesamt gut betreut. Lediglich das Bad ist schon sehr klein. In der Beschreibung ist ein Gäste WC angegeben. Es gibt aber ein Bad mit einem WC. Das sollte man vielleicht klarstellen. Das hat unseren tollen Urlaub aber nicht beeinträchtigt. Viele Grüße Hans-Jürgen und Christiane Kreim '

'Great stay at a spacious old style country house. With an good equipped kitchen and a large garden with a swimming pool it is easy to relax. The chickens and the rooster say hello and walk by. Great place if you like to relax and spend time with your friends/family.'

'We had a lovely stay at this quiet apartment in the countryside. Francis, the owner, is very friendly and communication was easily handled with Google Translate and WhatsApp. The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets, if needed. The full-sized fridge/freezer combo came complete with freezer packs and ice cube trays. WIFI worked well in all areas. The peaceful view of the countryside from the balcony is...

'Wij verbleven deze zomer 11 nachten in dit mooie huis.Het is een huis waar je gelijk thuis voelt.Het was een hete periode en we waren blij met de airco in het huis beneden en boven.De stad Pollenca is oud,sfeervol en prachtig.Binnen 5 minuten liep je in het mooie centrum.Een minpunt was het parkeren.Daarvoor moesten wij 10 minuten lopen.In de zijstraatjes konden wij geen plek vinden.Een volgende keer zouden we dit huis graag weer boeken:)'
