'Een fantastisch huis in een prachtige omgeving. We hebben hier twee weken genoten. Uitstekende communicatie met de beheerder. We hadden een probleempje met de airco en dat werd voortvarend en zeer netjes opgelost. Wij zouden hier direct weer boeken. Een absolute aanrader!'

'Property has potential but the attention to detail from the owner/management company was really poor. Pool wasn’t clean on arrival and was murky. Only three useable/working sunbeds by the pool. No kettle in the kitchen. No pool balls and cues available despite being advertised. No working table tennis table, infact the table was shocking condition. No hot water for much of our stay. ‘Some’ issues were partly resolved once we chased up but overall was simple not satisfactory. VRBO need to review...

'Het is een fijn huis, ruim, goed uitgerust en met prachtig uitzicht op het klooster en de zee. Qua winkels en horeca zijn er weinig voorzieningen, daar heb je altijd de auto voor nodig. Lloret en Blanes liggen op loopafstand, maar je kunt je daar ook volledig aan onttrekken als je dat wilt. Sant Cristina is een rustige enclave.'

'1er expérience avec club villamar. Superbe villa ! La villa était propre à l’arrivée et conforme à l’annonce, parfaite pour une grande famille (8pers). Il y’a assez d’espace pour ne pas se marché dessus. Piscine propre et adaptée aux petits comme aux grands. Pas de vis-à-vis ! Et voisins super sympathique. Durant mon séjour je n’ai rencontré 3 problèmes, les aboiements des chiens la nuit ( ça reste un bon point niveau sécurité), les fourmis un peu partout au rdc et la plaque à l’entrée du...

'We had a fantastic stay in Villa Encina. Situated on the edge of a town with all amenities close by, it is a spacious, modern villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The outside space is lovely and has spectacular views. We loved the outdoor kitchen for bbq-ing and hanging out together, and it also provided much needed shade. 'The home was perfect for our group with ample sleeping for the kids we traveled with. Located close to coffee shops and restaurants, everything is walkable in this area. A close walk to the train from the house to get to Barcelona was a big plus for the home. We will definitely be staying here again if we may it back to Spain.'

'This is a rare gem in the heart of Barcelona. Great area to explore the city from, great facilities in and around the villa. Imanol & Olga make sure absolutely nothing is left to chance and the villa is kept in pristine condition. They are friendly and available for questions at any time and gave us plenty of tips in their handy brochure. We will definately be returning in the future and I would recommend others to definitely pay this place a visit!'

'Belle maison parfaitement adaptée à un large groupe de vacanciers. De plus les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et donnent de bons conseils sur les différents lieux à visiter et les différents moyens de transport pour aller dans les villes à coté. Super pour un séjour en Espagne'

'mooi villa, ligt centrale ( 5 a 10 minuten van Blanes, Tordera en strand ). Geweldige behandeling van Maria en Sebastian, (bedankt voor alle informatie) Heel schoon, mooi en super stil. zwembad was schoon en groot genoeg voor banen zwemmen. Kortom, ideale plek voor gezinnen met kinderen.'

PRO - Sehr guter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter - Super Abwicklung der Schlüssel Übergabe usw. - Tolle Villa mit sehr viel Platz, super Pool und Einrichtung. - Grosser Kühlschrank - atemberaubende Aussicht, mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichbar KONTRA - Alte Bilder im Internet, es fehlen der Pavillon und das Sofa auf der Terrasse, kein Tischkicker im Kinderzimmer...

'Nice apartment and friendly keyresponsible. Great view on the sea, which is directly in front of the house. We had several trips from here to Barcelona with train. Took about 45 minutes to centre of Barcelona. Which is of course some time, but it is ok.'
