'The property is beautifully layed out and the 2 bedroom unit was very spacious. The pools are nice and plenty to use. The staff was very pleasant. However, the amenities have some issues. The bath towels were like sandpaper. The mattress was hard as concrete. They limit the pool towels to the number of people in the room, but you have to check them out and in. This doesn’t make sense. If I'm checking them out what difference does it make if I get more. They have a lazy river, but no courtesy...

'Security gaurds were bothering people at pool area constantly telling them no water coolers were allowed even if people were not drinking anything. Multiple people, multiple times you would walk up to pool from the beach and would force you to go drop off cooler to the rooms'

'Loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and the staff was AMAZING. They are so nice and accommodating for any needs. The breakfast was a nice plus and overall the hotel had a homey feel to it, will definitely be staying here again next time. Owners are very nice and do a good job with the property! Only downsides were not being able to connect to the free wifi, tv wouldn’t change channels, and mini fridge did not cool properly but it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be ignored or...

'The property was pretty nice and keep clean but the beds in our suite were super hard. We had a 4 day reservation but left after 2 days because of the uncomfortable bed. They were very understanding and did refund us 2 days of our stay. In addition to the beds the hot tub never got hot it was just warm. The second day they had it on all day but it did not get any warmer. The staff was very very nice and super helpful in every way. I gave them the ratings I did because the staff were very nice!'
