'Very attractive hotel close to the main square and all its attractions. Pool on roof is small and heated - great for a cool evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The WiFi was out for a few days when we were there and, as a result, a staff person had to let us into our room multiple times. They were always cheerful and (sometimes) exhausted. Management treated guests to a free cocktail once the WiFi was back up, to thank us for our pati. Nice touch.'

'Es un hotel muy bonito, nuevo y limpio , nos dieron una habitación con vista divina, la comida es sencilla pero muy bien elaborada, lo mejor es su personal, es sumamente amable y atento. Mi única sugerencia es retirar los tapetes negros de la habitación, acumulan ácaros y polvo y desmerecen el resto de la habitación que es muy bonito. Volveré a hospedarme sin duda y si lo recomiendo. '

'A 30 minute uphill walk from downtown (the shuttle was not working due to covid), the hotel is good and clean overall, albeit a bit lacking of atmosphere. Colonial architecture, nice swimming pool, average food in the restaurant, staff seemed slightly bored, and not a lot of guests at the time we were there. '

'This was a very nice property in a great location. Just a couple minor things. The volume on the TV in our room wouldn’t go higher than a whisper and our friends room had no wifi or TV. We did tell the front desk. Not sure if they tried to fix it or not but it was the same through our stay.'
