'Absolutely perfect 3.5 star hotel. No complaints whatsoever - but I just can't give it a 5 because its not a " 5 star" hotel. Would book again. '

Very accommodating and courteous staff. Close to shops and places to see. Overall a great experience at a very good value. '

' Room was clean and elevators were a plus, nice roof top area with shade, hot tubs, sitting areas and a view. The young lady (Arianna) at the front desk was amazing very friendly and helpful, from hotel it was a short walk to many eating places. If you like being in a historic area this is the place to be '

'This was an excellent stay; Alma is a smaller hotel with a unique vibe. The room was furnished very nicely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very quite and clean. It was not beat up or worn out; everything had a high end and new feel. The rooftop patio and restaurant were great and the location is ideal in old San Juan.
