'We were notified 10 minutes before check-in that the unit we had reserved did not have a working air conditioner, so we were given a tour of 3 comparable units and chose one easily from there. No complaints about our unit, other than one bedroom tv did not work for us. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, along with the extra sports areas available for the kids. The path to the beach was nice, and the beach area was wide open each time we walked that way. It was a very relaxing getaway! '

'Beautifully remodeled condo. Main issue was the king size foot board, could hardly move around the bed. Would be more comfortable without the foot board.'

It was spring break however this area had many families so it was still appropriate for our family. The town is a short drive away. 'Sunrise Villa is a very nice place and clean, but the only issue my wife and I had was that when we opened the door, we were not sure if the smell was mold or something else. We did buy candles for that too cover up the odor, but other than that, it was quite nice. '

'Loved this condo! Just the right amount of space for a family of four with all the amenities we wanted! The walk to the beach was easy and beautiful, and the pool was a hit with our kids. The full-size washer and dryer also came in handy for our 5-day stay.Bring extra towels if you plan to stay longer than a couple of days, or plan to wash the ones they leave you (we only got 4 with two hand towels - no kitchen towels). 'A little difficult to find the correct unit at night, but after that, very easy access to beach, main road, parking, etc. Cute condo, quiet area. Check in process was amazing (best I've ever seen for a vrbo)!. Bathroom was odd, but funtional and plenty of room. The only gripe I had at all was that dang coffee pot - It's missing parts and very difficult to use. Other than that, yeah, I'd for sure stay there again. My puppers enjoyed it too. '
