'I stay on Santana Row frequently when visiting my daughter and this property, where I have stayed before was great! '

'During our stay we travelled with with two adults and a teenager. Both bedrooms are well furnished for sleeping/ hanging out/ storing luggage. Kitchen and living area were clean and well equipped, all helping us have a comfortable stay. This place qualifies as a 'home away from home'. The neighborhood felt safe, walked around the block a few of the evenings during our stay and generally, very good vibes were to be had.'

' Thank you for your patience with us who are not air-b professionals for giving us extra instructions on how to us your facility. The only thing was that maybe you could replace/clean some of the stuff in the cupboards with newer cleaner things. Oils were a couple of years old and things seemed unclean. I cleaned the instruction book so hopefully it looked better. '

'The property was great, and it the managers were fantastic. Very clean with easy access, it was also well stocked. Appreciated the flexibility of the hosts as my travel was changing at the beginning and end of my stay.'

'Our stay was very nice at this Villa! It's location to shops and restaurants is wonderful. The villa is nicely furnished and had a washer/dryer, which was very useful traveling with an infant. Conner was pleasant and nice work with. We would stay here again.'

'This was just perfect for my little family. Hosts were very helpful and willing to assist if you needed anything. They give you your space. It has all the necessities needed. We will definitely stay here again.'

'Second stay here in July so I will skip the property review. The host, Anastasia, is awesome - she found a bracelet my daughter left, tracked me down (Anastasia reached out a second time after I missed the first email) and mailed it to us. While this is the guest experience we all hope for, it is not the experience we always get.'

'Everything was perfect from check in to check out. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. We were here for a Niners game...short drive to Levi's stadium. We walked the very short distance to tour the Winchester House which was cool...and just walking up Santana Row was fascinating for us hicks from western NY. Lots of super cars The mattress was awesome...almost every streaming service already signed in. .. even a cast iron skillet. Great great spot, thank you!'

'We enjoyed this property; it was a little hard to find the parking garage and to get in the building but after that was all figured out, we had a great time. Footsteps away from the best restaurants and shopping centers.'

'This unit is conveniently located in Santana Row. It was ideal for my son's graduation from Santa Clara.'

'I was in San Jose for a week for a work conference and stayed here instead of a hotel downtown. Such a good decision. Really great property in a fantastic neighborhood. Planning on doing the same thing next year!'

'The description is accurate and the space works for 2 couples or possibly 3 people but no way it would fit 6 people comfortably. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards and the dishes were very random, like no regular water glasses, only wine places or very short glasses. The staged dining table dishes were just in the way, and dusty. Would be nice to have the option to use the table surface instead of having it permanently staged for dinner. Floor was dirty so we had to wear our shoes and...

'This property was a great place for me and coworkers to stay while visiting the area for work. The host was very attentive., And the accommodations were very comfortable. The two beds were comfortable and the place is very modern. We will stay here again.!'

'Very clean, with all amenities you may need, super-convenient to Santana Row and other shopping mall. Gas station around the corner. Safe parking. Only hitch: due to shared door with next apartment, you can follow conversations/loud TV if neighbors don't pay attention. However, we made it work and will return, if they have availability. '

'The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff.'

'My husband and I absolutely adored the master suite, the decor the house everything was magical. Quick walk or bike ride to everything you would need a hostess was quick with communication.We will definitely be back!'
