'Everything was perfect from check in to check out. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. We were here for a Niners game...short drive to Levi's stadium. We walked the very short distance to tour the Winchester House which was cool...and just walking up Santana Row was fascinating for us hicks from western NY. Lots of super cars The mattress was awesome...almost every streaming service already signed in. .. even a cast iron skillet. Great great spot, thank you!'

'During our stay we travelled with with two adults and a teenager. Both bedrooms are well furnished for sleeping/ hanging out/ storing luggage. Kitchen and living area were clean and well equipped, all helping us have a comfortable stay. This place qualifies as a 'home away from home'. The neighborhood felt safe, walked around the block a few of the evenings during our stay and generally, very good vibes were to be had.'

'Great stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—no surprises, just a comfortable and well-located space right on Santana Row. The shower was excellent, the couch was cozy, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. Everything was clean and functional, making for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Would definitely book again!'

'Second stay here in July so I will skip the property review. The host, Anastasia, is awesome - she found a bracelet my daughter left, tracked me down (Anastasia reached out a second time after I missed the first email) and mailed it to us. While this is the guest experience we all hope for, it is not the experience we always get.'

'Location excellent, unit good size, very clean, well equipped. Great unit to people watch down below in Santana Row. Crowds come on the weekends. The internet speed is slow for my needs. I use it for hospital EMR so xrays, MRI’s, CT’s and charting.'

'The description is accurate and the space works for 2 couples or possibly 3 people but no way it would fit 6 people comfortably. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards and the dishes were very random, like no regular water glasses, only wine places or very short glasses. The staged dining table dishes were just in the way, and dusty. Would be nice to have the option to use the table surface instead of having it permanently staged for dinner. Floor was dirty so we had to wear our shoes and...

'I was in San Jose for a week for a work conference and stayed here instead of a hotel downtown. Such a good decision. Really great property in a fantastic neighborhood. Planning on doing the same thing next year!'

'Very clean, with all amenities you may need, super-convenient to Santana Row and other shopping mall. Gas station around the corner. Safe parking. Only hitch: due to shared door with next apartment, you can follow conversations/loud TV if neighbors don't pay attention. However, we made it work and will return, if they have availability. '

'This home isn’t only beautiful. But super cozy. The stay was excellent. The check in was a very fast process. This is our second time renting from this company different locations and both are amazing. Highly recommend '

'We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed room to sleep for myself and 2 teens. It was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen to cook quick breakfasts and dinners. The only issue we had was with the heater, I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust it so at 4am each morning the temps got unbearably warm. I never had the time nor occasion to address it with the owners but if I had, I'm sure they would have addressed it quickly.'
