'The resort is beautiful and there is a lot to do with kids of all ages. The water park and Palamino island are great days. The service was pretty poor. Our room was clean when we got there but it was not properly cleaned throughout our stay. We found glasses and mugs that were dirty in the sink were just put back in the cabinet without being cleaned. It was very busy during Presidents week so there were waits for most things. 'We had a wonderful 5 days. My husband played golf, I walked the grounds every day. The pools were amazing and the service was attentive and concerned. 'We stayed here because of an early flight. We got a room right across the hall from the elevator. It was loud, bright (lights shine brightly underneath the door), cold, tiny and aging. The bed was extremely cramped. Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep at all. The restaurant was understaffed, we sat down around 8-ish after waiting 20 minutes for them to clean a table, we then waited 30 minutes more, but nobody came to take our order.
