'Soggiorno di 5 notti a fine luglio in suite, struttura eccellente, personale molto gentile, livello ottimo di pulizia e manutenzione. Ottima anche la ristorazione in mezza pensione. Piccole opportunità di miglioramento: - Estendere l'orario della cena alle 20.30 (attualmente 19-20) - Prevedere maniglia o tappeto nella doccia, per evitare possibili scivolamenti. - Fornire asciugamano per le mani anche nel bagnetto della suite con WC (attualmente previsti solo due asciugamani bidet).'

'Beautiful hotel!! Lovely staff!!! I can't wait to come back!! My son and I came into town for the Krampus event and fell in love with San Candido and this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The Front Desk went above and beyond to help us with questions and getting around. The beds were so comfortable, amenities were lovely! '

'Comodità al centro e buoni servizi unica nota negativa la Spa un può piccola hanno la taverna fitness non utilizzata e piscina e idromassaggio piccoli e poi dovrebbero controllare di più i bambini piccoli che stanno ore nell'idromassaggio e i genitori maleducati '

'We enjoyed our stay overall. The location is great. Just a few minutes away from multiple of the 3 Zinnen resorts and they gave us a free bus pass to get to/from the resorts. The owner is kind and accommodating. Breakfast is a typical German spread which we enjoyed. The rooms are a bit small, but do fit a standard sized pack n play crib if traveling with a baby. Rooms do not have a refrigerator, but the owner was kind enough to let us store milk for our baby in the kitchens fridge. '
