The terrace is protected by large white curtains that allow you to see without being seen, to protect your privacy. Garden, swimming pool, laundry, drying room and poolhouse; are common areas to both apartments.

This small villa has everything of a great, his equipment has been neat. An inverter ensures continuity of power distribution in the event of a general power failure. With time these are rare, but it is nice to never end up without electricity. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
