Our stay was not good. To start, we booked this hotel in large part for the airport shuttle services, only to find out it operates on limited hours and we wouldn’t be able to utilize it. Strange for an airport hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very unprofessional front desk attendant who was oddly wearing rubber gloves and appeared to be stoned, his eyes were glazed and he asked us the same questions repeatedly. He wasn’t able to answer any of our questions about the amenities or anything. The lobby and hallways were dirty and had a smell. When we got to our room the temperature control was not functioning. There was a filthy pot on the stove. When my husband called to ask for extra pillows, he was told “uh I think maybe I have one” by the front desk attendant. He had to go down to the desk to retrieve the singular pillow available, and was handed a dirty looking pillow with no pillow case on it. We ended our stay early and booked a different hotel for the remainder of our trip. We asked for a refund of our unused nights, but were told there were no managers available to speak to with such authority, which is also strange and problematic to not have a manager on duty to attend to guest issues. It has been a week and a half now since our unpleasant stay, and I still have not gotten any response from a manager despite multiple efforts to contact them. I would urge others not to book here. The cleanliness, amenities, and customer service are extremely lacking.
